Responsibilities
- Drive team operations and progress management
- Manage projects and programs spanning multiple teams
- Collaborate and communicate with overseas teams to drive development in a global structure
- Coordinate with domestic and international IT teams, development teams, game studios, and security teams (US, Europe, Asia) to solve issues and advance projects
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with overseas teams using English
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5-10+ members
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum development
- Experience managing entire release cycles
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Atlassian, ServiceNow, or Redmine
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent practical experience
- English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
- Knowledge or certifications in cloud technologies
- Knowledge or certifications in EDR or vulnerability management products
- Industry certifications such as GPPA, Security+, CCNP, CCSE, or CISSP
