About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal sales operations including customer data entry, system quotations, sample inventory, and case tracking
  • Support client engagement and customer service, including hosting client visits
  • Coordinate with courier companies for sample customs clearance
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and minute-taking
  • Manage import permits and related settlement processes with the National Communications Commission
  • Compile and organize relevant statistical reports
