About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with internal sales operations including customer data entry, system quotations, sample inventory, and case tracking
- Support client engagement and customer service, including hosting client visits
- Coordinate with courier companies for sample customs clearance
- Handle general administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and minute-taking
- Manage import permits and related settlement processes with the National Communications Commission
- Compile and organize relevant statistical reports
Requirements
- Interest in sales support, customer service, and internal collaboration
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and progress tracking
- Meticulous and organized with the ability to handle documents and multiple tasks simultaneously
