Responsibilities

• Ensure global steering and monitoring of complex programs, managing costs, deadlines, risks, and deliverables
• Elaborate, consolidate, and monitor the program budget
• Participate in defining the roadmap and securing key project milestones
• Structure and lead risk management and associated action tracking
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods, processes, and tools
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align stakeholders around program objectives
• Provide critical analysis of schedules, budgets, and risk management systems

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PMO or Project Manager, preferably in industrial development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Expertise in budget management and reporting
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
