About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and ship dates for projects
  • Create and maintain job files throughout the project duration
  • Optimize projects through product selection, specifications, estimates, and value engineering
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects in a high-volume environment
  • Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors
  • Read and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Develop relationships with customers, contractors, and manufacturers
  • Investigate concerns and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC project management, estimating, or construction management
  • Or 7-10 years of equivalent combined education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, or CAD
  • Experience in mechanical or electrical contracting
