Project Manager/Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Support project management in the implementation of railway production projects
• Production and stage planning in collaboration with design consultants
• Propose contract division and manage contract planning
• Coordinate production and stage planning with adjacent projects
• Follow up on contractor work within the earthworks/civil engineering technical areas
• Manage project progress regarding time, cost, content, quality, safety, and environment
• Investigate and order change and additional works
• Plan and coordinate works requiring track closures
• Review documents delivered by consultants and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Lead and ensure necessary operational meetings are held

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, sub-project manager, construction manager, or in a supervisory role within road or railway earthworks/civil engineering projects
• Documented experience with AMA Anläggning
• Completed training to serve as Client's Construction Environment Coordinator (BAS-P and BAS-U)
• Documented experience with ABK09 and AB04

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in road or railway earthworks/civil engineering projects
• Valid training in BASÄSKYDD
• Valid training in SOS ledare
