Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional R&D projects for passenger car chassis products, ensuring delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and drive team effectiveness and development.
• Act as the central interface between internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and global partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans aligned with strategic goals and ensure cross-departmental coordination.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement baseline and change management processes.
• Oversee project KPIs, including profitability, expenditures, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and lead project meetings, gate reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, and project planning tools.
• Expertise in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Strong English communication skills; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams without direct authority.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and manage expectations at senior levels.
