Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies for Applications work in progress
• Coordinate and project manage small, clearly defined projects end-to-end
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and escalation of routine blockers
• Own reporting hygiene across Asana and FullStory to ensure accurate and consistent updates
• Maintain and update project status documentation, dashboards, and tracking artifacts
• Manage the OE enhancements queue, including intake coordination and status tracking
• Reinforce consistent use of approved processes, tools, and templates across the team

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or a coordination role
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams concurrently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated follow-through and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting application, product, or technology-adjacent teams
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards or status documentation
• Exposure to intake or prioritization workflows
