Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather customer and internal requirements and translate them into prioritized deliverables
• Define project scope and develop, execute, and manage project plans
• Deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs through internal team partnership
• Track product and technical roadmaps and maintain deliverables
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project status and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field
• 7+ years of software project management experience (for Senior role)
• 5+ years of software project management experience (for Project Manager role)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical environment with cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of Agile development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in complicated system integration or large scale refactoring
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Banking, FinTech, or Crypto industries
