Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of client implementations, including onboarding, infrastructure enablement, and platform integration
• Run a portfolio of parallel projects including new deployments and system upgrades
• Lead project governance from initiation to closure, managing stakeholders, scope, risk, and budget
• Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings
• Act as a trusted adviser by developing deep product knowledge to solve client data challenges
• Monitor monthly revenue performance against planned project work and manage resource allocation

Requirements

• Proven track record of Project Management within banking or a vendor environment supplying banks
• Experience managing multiple full-cycle external software change projects in parallel
• Background working for a FinTech provider or within a Financial Services implementation team
• Strong knowledge of project management governance and control frameworks
• Experience with hybrid delivery approaches such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PSA tools like Rocketlane
• Willingness to travel periodically within the UK and Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a fast-growing FinTech company
• Background in technical, business analysis, or client services roles
• Experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations
• Recognized project management accreditation
• Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps
