Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support investment research activities through project planning, coordination, and execution
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and status tracking
• Prepare structured reports and analysis to support business and investment decision-making
• Monitor mailbox workflows, response SLAs, and outstanding actions, escalating issues as needed
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and improve processes
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, capital markets, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, or data environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Python or SQL
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines
