Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor response SLAs and standardize mailbox processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, performance metrics, and risks.
• Conduct structured research across various asset classes to support investment decision-making.
• Perform industry and market analysis to identify trends impacting investment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, capital markets, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, or data providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python or SQL.
