Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for small and large construction projects across the entire lifecycle, from inception to occupation
• Support and report on the change management process and implement effective delivery protocols
• Assist Project Directors in developing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics
• Perform project delivery leadership, including scope, change, commercial, risk, and client management
• Manage projects effectively using online Project Management/Controls tools
• Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and other essential management documentation
• Proactively identify and highlight threats to project progress and scope obligations
• Support excellent health and safety practices to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes

Requirements

• 4-year Degree in Property, Construction, or a related discipline from an internationally recognized university
• 7-12 years of Project Management experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines for international projects
• Capability to communicate effectively across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international teams from an Indian base location
