Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of construction and engineering specialists, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage the full project lifecycle for design and construction (D&C) projects, focusing on ground engineering, contaminated land, and geo-environmental solutions.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure outcomes are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Drive project performance by managing schedules, costs, risks, revenue, and contract variations through robust financial controls.
• Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, statutory authorities, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying new opportunities.
• Champion health, safety, environment, and sustainability standards across all project activities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary projects in construction or civil infrastructure.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, estimating, and cost management.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering or tailings management.
