Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for design and construction (D&C) projects, focusing on ground engineering and geo-environmental solutions.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure outcomes are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Drive project performance by managing schedules, costs, risks, revenue, and contract variations.
• Maintain robust financial controls and reporting through effective forecasting and cost management.
• Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, statutory authorities, and sub-contractors.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to support their professional growth and technical excellence.
• Champion health, safety, environment, and sustainability standards across all project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects within construction or civil infrastructure.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in estimating and cost management.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering or tailings management.
