Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of CRM and digital campaigns for major global brands
• Facilitate the execution of personalized client communication plans and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage day-to-day client communications and act as the primary operational contact
• Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets
• Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and documentation
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM or digital marketing
• Experience working with large global brands (luxury or automotive sectors preferred)
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects
• Hands-on experience coordinating CRM, web, or marketing automation campaigns
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English
