Project Manager - Workstation Applications

As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle and deployment of workstation applications
• Lead the update cycle for the Microsoft Office suite, including impact analysis and early adopter management
• Optimize the availability of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including group license management and packaging
• Write functional specifications and perform functional homologation
• Coordinate non-regression testing (TNR) and technical teams
• Manage distribution packages and deployment monitoring
• Act as a liaison between users and third-party editors

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in workstation application management
• Mastery of workstation application installation, configuration, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of the user workstation environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and its update cycles
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating technical teams and managing third-party vendor relationships
