About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental remediation projects from contract award through final completion
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and execution plans
  • Coordinate project teams including superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Manage project costs, forecasting, change orders, and contract administration
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, remedial designs, and project documents
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project schedules, productivity, and financial performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in environmental remediation, environmental construction, or heavy civil
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and remedial designs
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or Geology
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER
  • Experience with environmental remediation technologies
