Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos, lead, and mold abatement and selective interior demolition projects from award to completion
• Develop project budgets, schedules, work plans, and execution strategies
• Coordinate project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and industrial hygienists
• Manage project costs, forecasting, change orders, and contract administration
• Review drawings, specifications, and environmental surveys
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in environmental abatement or demolition
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and AHERA regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern US
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Environmental Science
• Current Asbestos Supervisor certification
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
• Lead Supervisor or EPA RRP Certification
