Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver banking and fintech projects, specifically those involving government or public-sector stakeholders
• Manage multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams including technical, business, and vendor teams
• Oversee project budgets, forecast costs, and monitor project financials
• Drive multiple simultaneous project streams in dynamic, regulated environments
• Manage stakeholders including senior management, regulators, and government agencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Extensive exposure to the banking or fintech domain
• Proven experience handling government or public-sector projects
• M.Tech or MBA qualification
• Deep understanding of payments, digital channels, lending workflows, and API integrations
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Knowledge of Hindi
• Understanding of Earned Value Management and project metrics
