Responsibilities

• Independent project management from initial customer contact to final billing
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction site processes
• Creation of measurements and billing documentation
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Supporting the sales team at events and trade fairs
• Active customer acquisition
• Organizational office tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, HAK, apprenticeship with experience, or similar)
• Experience in construction processes and site management
• Ideally experience in joinery, specifically with a focus on box-frame windows
• Understanding of historical building structures and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
