Project Manager, Wholesale

Ruggable is a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California with an extraordinary track record of high, profitable growth. We own a patented washable rug design that's disrupting the home décor industry.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate account onboarding end-to-end across ops, logistics, finance, and internal teams
• Serve as a key liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Track program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps
• Identify inefficiencies in wholesale operations and develop practical solutions
• Build and refine repeatable processes, playbooks, and SOPs for scaling

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management or wholesale operations
• Experience in home goods, décor, or consumer products preferred
• Strong process orientation and ability to design better ways of working
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
• Proficient in Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance, or EDI processes
• Experience supporting sales or account management teams
• Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments
• Proficient in Airtable
