Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy safety culture and compliance with company safety policy
• Ensure the project meets or exceeds its financial objectives by overseeing and monitoring each stage of development
• Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with area superintendents and project engineers to develop means and methods
• Manage all field operations and work sequences in conjunction with the Project Executive
• Review project estimates, staffing requirements, and resource allotment
• Oversee monthly job cost updates, quarterly cash flow projections, and negotiate change orders
• Form and lead an effective project management team, defining and delegating responsibilities
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and ensure safety, quality, and production are maintained
• Manage project closeout, including paperwork, retainages, and claims

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, specifically in Infrastructure, Bridges, Docks, and Marine
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed
• Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and reading engineering drawings
• Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
