Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning including scope, milestones, timeline, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain project governance cadences
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and to quality standards
• Track and manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Manage scope changes through structured change control
• Facilitate delivery execution rhythms such as working sessions and weekly check-ins
• Maintain high-quality documentation including project plans, schedules, and stakeholder updates
• Produce concise project dashboards and executive summaries highlighting risks and decisions
• Use project management tools such as Smartsheet and Odoo Projects for tracking and reporting
• Use Jira to collaborate with product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in project management within technology, SaaS, or platform environments
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with engineering and product teams
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects
• Working knowledge of Jira
• PMP Certification is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
• English fluency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, events, travel, or hospitality industries
• Experience delivering integrations (APIs, partners, third-party vendors)
• Exposure to multi-market launches or international delivery teams
• Arabic language skills
