Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning including scope, milestones, timeline, and deliverables
• Drive project governance cadence and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Track and manage dependencies across teams, vendors, and third parties
• Manage scope changes through structured change control
• Facilitate delivery execution rhythms such as working sessions and weekly check-ins
• Maintain high-quality documentation including project plans and stakeholder updates
• Ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and are operationally ready
• Produce concise reporting dashboards and executive summaries
• Use Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Use Jira to collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Support intake reviews and ensure projects follow PMO governance standards
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery friction points

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in project management within technology, SaaS, or platform environments
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects involving engineering and product teams
• Hands-on experience using Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects
• Working knowledge of Jira
• PMP Certification is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, events, travel, hospitality, or high-volume consumer platforms
• Experience delivering integrations (APIs, partners, third-party vendors)
• Exposure to multi-market launches or international delivery teams
• Portuguese language skills
