Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams by fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their expectations
• Implement quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, and status reports
• Manage all projects via Smartsheet and ensure seamless integration of Jira
• Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Expertise in Smartsheet or Odoo
• Extensive experience in agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
• Agile certification
