Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from inception through to completion
• Manage diverse workstreams including social and editorial content, influencer campaigns, events, and video
• Create project timelines, book resources, and ensure efficient agency utilization
• Scope jobs and draft detailed statements of work
• Manage project budgets, reconcile job phases, and track account health and burn rates
• Facilitate internal and client sign-offs at appropriate stages
• Monitor project progress and manage third-party or freelance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on operations and planning
• Proven experience managing a wide variety of marketing and content deliverables
• Extensive experience working within agency workflows and fast-paced environments
• Strong financial management skills and experience managing project budgets
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
• Knowledge of Asana and other project management or AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workbook
• Experience managing complex, multi-channel digital programs
