Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Create project timelines, manage resources efficiently, and scope jobs through statements of work.
• Track account health by monitoring project progress, burn rates, and budget management.
• Manage work across various social platforms, including editorial content, influencer campaigns, events, and video production.
• Facilitate internal and client sign-offs at appropriate stages of the project lifecycle.
• Manage project financials, including reconciling job phases and tracking account profitability.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and freelance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on operations and team management.
• Deep knowledge of social platform formats and guidelines.
• Strong experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
• Baseline knowledge of Asana or other project management and AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a creative or advertising agency environment.
• Knowledge of Workbook.
