Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing project management for supplier transition initiatives in APAC, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
• Drive supplier qualification, industrialization, and development activities for categories such as Machining, Stamping, Plastic Injection, and PCBA.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing escalations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Track and report project performance using defined KPIs, including cost savings, on-time delivery, and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain functions such as supplier development, sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily within the APAC region.
• Ability to work onsite at Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured methodologies such as Stage-Gate or APQP.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with FAI/PPAP processes and supplier quality techniques.
