About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the project from mobilization to final handover
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site activities, resources, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contract obligations
- Coordinate with the Client, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedule, cost, risks, and progress
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful project handover
- Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience
- 5 years managing elevator installation/replacement or similar infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong project planning and leadership skills
- Knowledge of elevator systems and UAE HSE regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RTA or other government infrastructure projects
- PMP certification
- UAE Driving License
