Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of VRD (Roads and Utilities) activities
• Elaborate responses to calls for tender
• Perform design project management missions (AVP, PRO, ACT)
• Perform execution monitoring (VISA, DET, AOR, OPC)
• Conduct general technical studies
• Manage technical, administrative, financial, and contractual aspects of assigned missions

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Land Development (Aménagement du Territoire)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for urban or road development, logistics platforms, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to represent the company to clients
• Willingness to travel within the Hauts-de-France region

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/COVADIS
• Knowledge of MENSURA
• Knowledge of ALIZE
