Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects to ensure they are on time and within budget
• Identify dependencies and manage the cascading impacts of delays
• Lead resource needs and availability across the office and network
• Motivate and direct cross-functional teams across different locations
• Establish and manage project/program communication and processes
• Manage project estimation, planning, and profitability
• Build detailed project plans and collaborate with finance and account teams

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a professional environment
• Experience in an agency or consulting environment preferred
• Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams
• Experience adapting methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban
• Proven experience leading teams and client meetings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
