Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of social media campaigns from concept to execution and analysis
• Collaborate with social strategists, content creators, and paid media specialists
• Develop detailed project timelines, content calendars, and resource plans
• Oversee production of social assets including video, static imagery, and copy
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress and budget
• Manage project documentation including SoWs, RAID logs, and status reports
• Oversee project financials, budget tracking, and resource forecasting
• Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management within a marketing or creative agency
• Experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns
• Deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Experience with social media management platforms like Sprinklr or Sprout Social
• Strong skills in scoping, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns
