About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the project lifecycle from planning to final delivery
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between creative and production teams
- Design, manage, and optimize dynamic schedules
- Monitor project health, including basic budget control and deliverable management
- Act as a key point of contact for daily problem resolution
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of project management experience, preferably in agency or creative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
- Practical knowledge of work management tools such as Asana or Jira
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic budget control and deliverable tracking skills
- Relevant certifications (Scrum Fundamentals, Google Project Management, etc.)
- Advanced English proficiency
