Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish clear project goals and objectives within established timeframes
• Efficiently allocate resources, control costs, and maintain project budgets
• Identify, mitigate, and manage potential risks to minimize uncertainty
• Create timelines and monitor progress to ensure all deadlines are met
• Lead and motivate the project team while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Ensure final deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations
• Manage problems, changes, and obstacles throughout the project life cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related technical field such as engineering
• Professional certification including PMP, PRINCE2, or related credentials
• Proven experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and mitigate risks
• Previous experience managing projects within the engineering sector
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
