Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects including system implementations, software upgrades, and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate internal meetings, document objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage project schedules and budgets
• Identify and address risks proactively through project management plans
• Manage project documentation and prepare monthly status reports
• Review deliverables for completeness and adherence to contract requirements
• Implement organizational change management practices
• Create and manage risk management plans and registries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
