Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate global new product development projects and strategic initiatives for data center physical infrastructure products
• Review project charters, business cases, and requirements to determine timelines, funding, and resource allocation
• Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, assigning duties and scope of authority
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress remains on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and present project status reports to product line management and stakeholders
• Develop and improve project management processes and routines across the company
• Provide technical advice to project personnel and resolve complex problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering or product development
• Strong knowledge of project management standards and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Lincoln, NE
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering or business degree
• PMP Certification
