Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and drive internal execution to meet targets
• Identify potential project issues early and coordinate with departments to ensure flawless execution
• Oversee project purchasing and budget adherence while implementing cost reduction actions
• Coordinate deliveries with clients and manage local subcontractors for installations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes
• Provide revenue and margin forecasts and manage timely invoicing and billing requests

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience running and controlling high-value M&E contracts
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Liebert HPAC and UPS products and solutions
• Proven experience negotiating with and managing subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Oracle
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract law
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a customer-centric manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
