Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel according to job specifications and regulatory guidelines
• Manage team members, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all DOT, EPA, and company health and safety regulations
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and assist with contract preparation
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintain professional client relationships by providing solutions to technical problems

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry, BA in a related science discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in hazardous waste management
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Training
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
