Responsibilities

• Project design and development
• Project management
• Assisting with tenders, bidding, and sales
• Financial follow-up of projects
• Communication with customers, consultants, construction management, and suppliers

Requirements

• Technical engineering degree or relevant education/experience, primarily within ventilation/HVAC
• Several years of experience in project management within ventilation or a relevant field
• Ability to ensure projects are executed according to contract, HSE, quality, and economic requirements
• Independent worker with strong collaborative skills
• Positive and outgoing with good communication skills in Norwegian (written and oral)
• Ability to organize and motivate others
• Strong business understanding
