Project Manager - Vehicle Durability/Field Operational Test

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale autonomous vehicle testing programs across multiple US locations
• Oversee field operational test (FOT) activities and vehicle fleet management
• Manage multi-site operations including team coordination and route planning
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence in testing environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management
• Manage project budgets, financial oversight, and P&L responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• 5+ years in field operations, public road durability testing, or automotive testing
• Demonstrated experience with ADAS or autonomous vehicle testing projects
• Proven track record managing multi-site operations and distributed teams
• Experience managing large teams of 20+ people
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to travel across the U.S. up to 30-40%
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience working with international teams and clients
