Project Manager (Value Added Services), Pharma APAC

Responsibilities

• Execute CAPEX projects for pharma facilities in the APAC region, including strategic investments and expansion projects.
• Manage facility-related CAPEX governance, processes, and requirements.
• Ensure facilities comply with regulatory requirements such as GMP and GDP, and support license applications.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and coordinate with the QSHE department on safety issues.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including sourcing quotations, negotiating service agreements, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Propose value-added service solutions, such as sampling and storage, based on customer requirements.
• Provide regular project reports capturing updates, risks, decisions, and action items.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience qualifying projects within a GMP framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a distributor environment.
