Project Manager Validation Services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate validation projects for customers in a timely manner according to agreed test scenarios and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, WHO).
• Provide technical consultancy and risk assessments based on global validation philosophies and harmonized test methods.
• Prepare quotes for various test scenarios and scopes.
• Support the sales organization through product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies.
• Provide proactive technical support to resolve implementation problems in the field.
• Support the quality department by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes during quality complaint investigations.
• Report competitor product information and market feedback to management.
• Deliver product training to internal sales teams and conduct external customer workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define trial scopes and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Hands-on knowledge of extractables and leachables (E&L).
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, or ICP-MS.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with life science application experiment technology and current research topics.
• Proven experience in a similar position within the life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with laboratory processes and specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of local languages in addition to English.
