Project Manager Urban Hydraulics

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects managing cost, quality, schedule, and risks
• Challenge the project team regarding schedules, risks, and deliverable quality
• Coordinate and manage project teams
• Act as Quality Manager for projects when required
• Supervise construction companies on-site ensuring compliance with regulations and safety
• Manage project finances and contractual obligations
• Analyze client and partner needs
• Manage communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, partners, state services)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in hydraulics, civil engineering, or water treatment processes
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management (maîtrise d'œuvre)
• Proven track record with large-scale infrastructure projects (over €5 million)
• Experience with water treatment plants, wastewater networks, or drinking water systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive approach to reporting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, automation, or civil engineering is ideal
