Project Manager - Urban Development

Responsibilities

• Lead data center and logistics development projects from planning through execution
• Manage overall project schedules and progress
• Oversee construction quality control and safety management at sites
• Develop and optimize construction schedules
• Facilitate meetings and drive consensus among stakeholders
• Gather information and resolve issues through effective communication

Requirements

• Experience in construction quality control
• Experience in construction site safety management
• Experience in developing and managing construction schedules
• Strong information-gathering and communication skills
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to work in Sapporo, Hokkaido
