About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Stem Cell 2 Transformation project, including strategies for space utilization, human resources, and models of care
- Drive quality improvement projects using Lean methodology, value stream mapping, and PDSA cycles
- Conduct audits, observations, and data analyses to identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
- Support clinical teams in integrating best practices, legislative requirements, and policies into daily practice
- Develop and implement communication and promotion strategies to drive large-scale change management
- Monitor performance indicators and report findings to align with strategic direction and quality scorecards
- Collaborate with clinical managers and physician leads to standardize processes and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- 3-5 years of practical experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven experience leading Lean transformations and major change initiatives
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization (e.g., run/control charts, Pareto diagrams)
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with physicians and clinicians
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Knowledge of systems design and application
