About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Stem Cell 2 Transformation project, including strategies for space utilization, human resources, and models of care
- Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and PDSA cycles
- Conduct audits, observations, and data analyses to identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
- Support clinical teams in integrating best practices, legislative requirements, and policies into clinical practice
- Develop and implement communication and promotion strategies to drive large-scale change management
- Monitor program performance through the selection and analysis of operational excellence indicators
- Present key findings to the academic community to advance international cancer care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- 3-5 years of practical experience in the healthcare field
- Demonstrated experience leading Lean transformations and major change initiatives in a healthcare environment
- Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization (e.g., run/control charts, Pareto diagrams)
- Experience working collaboratively with physicians and other clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or advanced project management skills
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Knowledge and application of systems design
