Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stem Cell 2 Transformation project, including strategies for space utilization, human resources, and models of care
• Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and PDSA cycles
• Conduct audits, observations, and data analyses to identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
• Support clinical teams in integrating best practices, legislative requirements, and policies into clinical practice
• Develop and implement communication and promotion strategies to drive large-scale change management
• Monitor program performance through the selection and analysis of operational excellence indicators
• Present key findings to the academic community to advance international cancer care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• 3-5 years of practical experience in the healthcare field
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean transformations and major change initiatives in a healthcare environment
• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization (e.g., run/control charts, Pareto diagrams)
• Experience working collaboratively with physicians and other clinical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or advanced project management skills
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
• Knowledge and application of systems design
