Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and oversee direct labour and supply chain models
- Implement operational efficiencies
- Manage repairs and legal disrepair delivery models
- Lead procurement activities, including negotiating work packages with subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Drive performance within the staff team
- Ensure high levels of client engagement and health and safety awareness
Requirements
- SMSTS certification
- 5 years of experience working for a maintenance or main contractor
- Essential experience in Social Housing refurbishment projects
- Proven leadership experience
- Good data interrogation skills
- Valid driving licence
- Competence in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent client engagement and people skills
- Strong Health and Safety awareness
