Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle management including planning, budgeting, procurement, and closeout
• Manage financial aspects including cost control and budget adherence
• Procure correct materials and equipment to ensure technical compliance
• Lead and mentor project teams, including fitters and site supervisors
• Manage project timelines and resource utilization in a manufacturing and installation environment
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Oversee project documentation such as tender packages, change orders, and subcontracts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV switchgear
• Strong contract and commercial understanding
• Proven ability to supervise engineers and site supervisors
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
