About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot, coordinate, and plan underground infrastructure projects
- Intervene in projects from preliminary study phases to execution studies
- Supervise and manage multidisciplinary teams focused on Civil Engineering and Underground Works
- Prepare, manage, and monitor contractual and financial aspects of projects
- Actively participate in the production of technical studies for underground works and special works
- Occasionally participate in the preparation of commercial offers
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, ideally in underground or special works
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnics (HES or EPF), or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
- Fluent in French
- Proficiency in German and/or English is a plus
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and methodical approach
