Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and track specific project components
• Manage production and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning processes
• Monitor progress, provide regular overviews, and forecast potential deviations
• Conduct regular quality reviews of completed work to ensure project standards
• Identify and analyze risks and project priorities, suggesting alternative solutions
• Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders
• Collaborate with other managers to motivate and inspire team members

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project and people management
• Ability to create project planning for teams, tasks, or mandates
• Proficiency in planning, monitoring, and communication tools
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to delegate tasks and redefine objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility and respect
